| Our
Teams: We field U9, U11, U13, and U15 boys teams and U11, and U13 girls teams. Our boys and girls participate in inter-town play as part of the Mass Bay Youth Lacrosse League(YBYLL). We share and promote the MYBLL youth league philosophy; there are no standings kep, no league championship or playoffs. We play all the players as equally as possible with the goal of teaching the sport and providing a fun experience for all invovled. We police ourselves in the effort to provide an outlet for kids that has not been swept up in the pressure filled, "win at all costs" mania that is too present in today's youth sports. All MULA participants, coaches, parents and spectators are expected to adhear to and abide by the US Lacrosse Code of Conduct. Teams are divided into U11, U13 and U15 age brackets. Additionally a U9 boys development team is available for 1st and 2nd graders to introduce the game and teach the basics. U9's play on a 3/4 size field, no body checking and coaches are always on the field during games. Traditionally played in the spring, lacrosse is one of the fastest growing team sports in the United States. The exhilarating, fast, action packed game combines the best elements of basketball, soccer and hockey. The game rewards speed, quickness, agility and team work. Recognized as the "fastest game on two feet", lacrosse is played with a stick and a ball. Crisp passing, long sprints, quick dodging and checking are part of both the men's and women's game. Lacrosse
